Privacy Policy

KeenEye ("the App") is provided by Ilgenci Creations ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it is handled. By using the App you consent to the practices described below.

1. Account information

When you sign in with Apple or Google we receive a unique account identifier and, where you allow it, your name and email address. This data is used solely to identify your account so your projects and photos travel with you across devices. We do not use your email for marketing.

2. Content you create

We store the data you produce inside the App:

• Your projects and the photos you add to them
• The AI-generated composition tips and summaries for each photo
• Whether you liked or disliked each tip

This content is stored against your account so it can be retrieved when you sign in. We do not share or sell it.

3. Camera and photo access

The App requests camera and photo library access so you can capture or pick a photo to get composition tips on it. Captured and picked photos stay on your device — we do not upload or store the image itself on our servers. Only a reference to it and the AI-generated tips are saved to your account.

4. Third-party services we rely on

To run the App we send certain data to the following processors:

• OpenAI — when you evaluate a photo, the image is uploaded once to OpenAI's Vision API so it can generate composition tips. When you view a project summary, the tips already generated for that project are sent to OpenAI to produce the summary text. OpenAI processes this content on our behalf and does not use it to train its models. We do not store the photo itself on our servers; only the tips and summary text it returns are saved to your account.
• Supabase — hosts our backend (database, authentication, and the server-side functions that talk to OpenAI on your behalf).
• Apple and Google — provide the sign-in flow you choose when you create an account.

5. Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Delete account. On deletion, your profile, projects, photos' metadata, and tips are removed from our database.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data by contacting us at the email below. If you are in the EU, UK or California, you have additional rights under the GDPR and CCPA, including the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

7. Children

KeenEye is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
