Why did my evaluation fail or say I'm out of evaluations?
Free evaluations reset every 24 hours. If you've used today's limit, the Home screen shows how many you have left and when they refresh.
How do I get tips automatically without tapping "Grab your tips"?
Go to Profile → Settings and turn on "Get tips automatically." Every shot you take will be evaluated the moment you capture it.
Where are my photos stored?
Your photos stay on your device — KeenEye never uploads or stores the image itself. Only the AI-generated tips are saved to your account so they sync across your devices. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, projects, photos, and tips — this can't be undone.
